which will be held from November 14 to 17 in
IFEMA Madrid
. We will present the proposals of our program
Ecoinstaladores
program at the main international event of the air conditioning, ventilation, heating, plumbing and refrigeration industry in Spain.
Every two years, the
C&R Fair
becomes a showcase of maximum importance and visibility for the sector and this year’s edition will be attended by 34,000 professional visitors, 379 participating companies from 10 different sectors and representation from 54 countries.

On
ECOTIC
we promote
Ecoinstaladores
as a complete solution for installers and distributors to properly manage Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). In collaboration with the country’s main industry associations, this program provides training on how to responsibly uninstall equipment and manage waste, while recognizing those installers and companies that comply with quality standards and best practices.
Installers who adhere to
Ecoinstallers
can benefit from financial compensation for returning complete equipment, which helps cover the costs of reverse logistics and waste storage, or request free waste collection at their facilities.
In addition, by joining the program, the Ecoinstallers can delegate to ECOTIC the management of the necessary documentation for the proper treatment of waste, such as the Environmental Identification Number (NIMA) and contracts with authorized waste managers, and receive a badge recognizing their professional practices in the management of equipment in their establishments and vehicles.
